Is there a law requring your company to give you X-amount of wanring before terminating your health insurance?

I was just told by my company that they are going to stop paying my health insurance as of this Thursday and that I am elligble to enroll in cobra if I so choose.... I thought they had to give you a thirty day warning?

no warning required by group. however, they must give you the opportunity to enroll in cobra...(that may be the 30 day requirement you are thinking of) but the group plan actually belongs to the group (or company) and they can cancel/not renew at any time with or without notice.
