If prices go up 1/3rd and the federal government has 42% year over year health insurance expenses. How will more people have insurance? Dont higher prices=less people with insurance?

You mean, like the way they "proved" how many jobs were "created or saved" by the trillion dollar porkulus bill? I believe at last count Obama has estimated that jobs increased by 3000%.
