I am 22 years old, and a full time college student, who is struggling to make ends meet, my parents health insurance through their employer does not cover me because I am over 21. I don't have a stable job and have worked a couple of part time jobs in the past couple of years. I was wondering what the qualifications for DSHS health insurance is? do I have any options to obtain free health insurance? I am from Washington.
