I'm going to be married in just over a week; afterwards, what do I need to do to add her to my health insurance? Am I supposed to tell my boss, or the health insurance company, etc.? I have Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. Thanks!!!

Go to the Human Resources or Benefits department at your employer, and ask them what information they'll need. Do it right away, however--many plans have short time periods in which you can add a new spouse (most commonly, 30 days).
