What are the health insurance benefits like for Memorial Hermann Hospital Employees?

I know that they offer benefits the first day but I would like to know more about the insurance plans. For example: Do they offer a health insurance plan that has no deductible and just co-pays? ect?

6 traditional, plus 2 personal & one spiritual day; New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Personal days must be scheduled with supervisor's approval. For traditional holidays & spiritual day, date of employment. For personal holidays, 91st day of employment Up to 12 weeks of protected leave (and up to 26 weeks of military caregiver leave). Certain conditions apply. Up to 12 weeks of unprotected leave. Certain conditions apply. A plan that enables employees to save a percentage of pay through payroll deductions. May start contributing from date of hire. Employees are eligible for matching contributions from Memorial Hermann, dollar for dollar, up to 3% of pay, once they have been employed by Memorial Hermann for at least 2 years and worked 1,000 hrs. in each of those years. May start contributing from date of hire. Memorial Hermann makes all contributions to the cash balance plan. Employees become eligible and are automatically enrolled once they have completed 1 year of service; have worked at least 1,000 hours; and are at least 21 years of age. Employees are 100% vested once they have completed 3 years of service. Network of local attorneys who handle covered services at little or no cost to employees and eligible dependents that enroll in the plan. Option to purchase auto and home insurance through payroll deduction Full time and part time employee are eligible to receive up to $3,500 in tuition reimbursement based on degree type per fiscal year. Supplemental employees are eligible for 50% reimbursement up to $1,000 per fiscal year if seeking an ADN/BSN degree. Certain conditions and criteria apply
