If I purchase health insurence from a company like Coventry One of Kansas and move to Florida, can I take the Coverage with me ?

The way you're describing it, coverage isn't portable. The way it is now, if you live in FL, you must have a policy that is issued in FL to comply wiht FL law. There ARE some policies that cover nationwide, but you'll need to talk to an agent to find which are available in KS. Now, if you keep that KS insurance when you move to FL, you still have coverage - but it's going to be at the "out of network" limits and prices. So it won't cover as much.
