What kind of health insurance does your family have?

Do you get it through work, yourself, or are your children on medicaid? If you get the insurance through yourself what do you pay per month and what is your deductable? Just curious :)

We have Federal BlueCross Blue shield through my husband's job (Dept of the Army). When I was working at an Orthopedic clinic I had Health Adv that the doctors of the clinic paid for. That was soooo nice. We have a $15 copay for dr visits and on our son's wellness checkups (he is 5 months old) we don't have to pay a copay. We pay $330 a month for this insurance. For Rx we 10% for generic and 20% for name brand. The cheapest Rx we paid for was .98 cents!
