Can I receive Medicaid or Medicare for migraines if I can't afford to buy my own health insurance?

I get anywhere from 1-8 migraines per month. If I get them at work, I have to leave immediately. So far this has not inhibited me working. But I cannot afford health insurance, and would like to know if this would qualify me. If I could find a medication to help, then I wouldn't have to miss work.

It would depend if you qualify for Medicaid. You can't receive Medicare until you're 65, or if your condition is considered a disability. http://www.medicare.gov/Help/MET.asp You'd need to go to your individual state's Medicaid site for info.
