What are the monthly premiums for a health insurance package in India?

I am interested in a high quality, expat oriented health insurance package that would provide full coverage at the best hospitals in Delhi.

you're probably going to have to post to the india board for that. You've posted to the USA board, and no insurance companies in the USA will be selling a policy like that valid in Delhi.
