Recently got married, had Aetna... husbands Anthem insurance wont kick in until July 11th. Went to hospital and they took my Aetna, just wondering if it will still work as they seemed to believe it would.

Once you marry, you're automatically not eligible any more. It can take the insurance company up to eight weeks to process it in the computer, or find out about it through your parents, HOWEVER, when it gets processed/discovered, the cancellation goes retroactively back to the day of the marriage. You WILL eventually get billed in full, for those services.
