I am looking for any health insurance plans that can cover a childbirth of a pregnant female coming to visit the USA next 2 months. She is not a citizen , but she has B1 Visa. Thank you so much.

I'm sorry to say, that since the pregnancy is pre-existing, her chances are about zero of finding health insurance to cover her expenses. Delivering a child in a US hospital is very expensive; $5,000 for a normal birth and anywhere from $10,000 to $20,000 if there are complications. Her best bet would be to find a certified midwife to help her. Good luck.
