How will those who are unemployed pay for health insurance under her plan?

Or self employed. Its really not Universal Health Care first off, its mandatory health insurance. I think theres a big between health care and health insurance. Yes she is trying to force all americans to buy health insurance, and she is happy to tell you that the insurance companies think this is a good idea (duh). Yes she will garnish your check if you dont participate - the insurance companies support that idea too i'd reckon. edit for scar: The poor are not exempt, thus the word universal- she makes a pretty big deal about not excluding anyone. She gives poor people tax credits to help pay for theirs, why is the income tax system tied to a social program? edit for justjenn: Obama's plan makes affordable insurance available to everyone- meaning you can optionally buy cheap insurance. It makes insurance for children mandatory.
