If someone makes just enough money to pay their bills without the extra burden of health insurance that they?

...don't need, then won't the new mandate to buy into subsidized health insurance hurt them and put them in the red? Will they have to become slaves to credit and have to borrow money in order to cover this extra expense that they could have avoided before and not be in debt? Would that make the banks and the HMOs happy?
