I received another statement saying my health insurance is increasing my rate... again. Seems like they do this twice a year. Its gone up $100 since last year. I'm in great health - I don't even use the insurance. I have it just in case anything happens. But its a big dent in my buget. I want to get a new plan, but should I wait until congress passes this new health bill?

If and when the new bill passes the only thing that will change in the near future are the taxes, which will go up almost immediately. The proposed health plan will not be available until 2014.
