Me and my younger sister have health insurance, but my mom can't afford to buy herself some. She'll be able to get some through work soon, once she's been working there a year (in June or July, not sure). I don't want her to go to jail because she's all me and my sister have. I'm really worried..

It's not mandated until 2014 so there is more than enough time. She's not going to jail.
