Do you have to have health insurance when entering the Peace Corps?

Do you have to have health insurance BEFORE entering and if you take their insurance for the Peace Corps, when does coverage begin?

You don't have to have medical coverage to apply. Coverage starts when you go to your staging event (which is your last stop before flying to your new home)
