who provides health insurance to federal senators and congressmen?

Do they use military facilities for medical coverage, or do they use private health insurance that is paid for by the taxpayers?

They have federal insurance that is a benefit to all federal employees they can use military hospitals but also can use other hospitals since many might not have a military facility in their home district.
