If you had your housing, utilities, health insurance, and transportation paid for...?

What else would you "need"? Groceries, clothes, entertainment, etc.

If I don't own any furniture under this scenario, I would need that. I would also need property insurance. Then I would need groceries. Assuming I already have clothes to wear, I wouldn't *need* any more. I also wouldn't *need* entertainment. One of the best things to learn is how to distinguish "needs" from "wants." I would want new clothes, entertainment, fun gadgets, and restaurant meals, but I wouldn't need them.
