i just moved here from northern nevada, and i looked on the health plan web page and it looks like there arn't any family practices here that do. and i really!!!!! need to see a doc!!!

There might not be any. Call the number on the back of your card, and ask for the 'out of network' benefit rates. And you'll probably have to change insurance, to find one in network.
