Can you tell me the difference between Texas Blue Cross Blue Shield and Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield. I currently reside in arkansas but have been informed that the texas plan is better. In what way is it? and how do i apply for it if possible? Also Does a hospital HAVE to treat you even tho you don't have insurance? If thats the case then I mide as well use the mexican insurance plan.
