Is this an indication that forced health care could be deemed unconstitutional on a national level should the progressives attempt to force it on Americans? And is the revolt against it just beginning? What do you think?

Of course Obama's trash is unconstitutional. You can't legally fine someone because they don't purchase health insurance. That in itself should tell liberals that Obama has no concerns for the Constitution.
