free health insurance for the unemployed?

i am unemployed and have no health insurance. is there a program in pa. where i can get health insurance for free or at a very low price?

If you don't qualify for Medicaid, then you will need to purchase affordable health insurance on your own. UHC has some reasonably priced plans.
