my kidneys hurt really bad i think a have an infection but i dont have health insurance... any suggestions?

I started to have flu like symptoms but now my kidneys just hurt and i will get a head ache for a couple hours and then it goes away. I'm 19 and dont have health insurance so i cant really go to a doctor... Any suggestions would be greatly appretiated

Drink TONS of cranberry or cranapple juice. You will feel like you are going to throw it up after a while, but also drink some water with it to aviod the cotton mouth that comes from drinking cranberry juice.
