How does the French health insurance system work ?

Ok so im still writing this essay on how the health systems in france. However I do not understand how their health insurance works. So could someone explain it simply please. waw ! are we supposed to answer in a few words ??? to make it simple, there are different "regimes" (systems) that will refund approximatively 70 % of the money spent. state agents are "covered" by the Government itself employees are "covered" by the CNAM (national fund), that receives the money from the companies independant workers (doctors, farmers) must choose a private health insurance that will cover them. For all, the 30 % remaining is refunded by the private insurance that every one MAY have. Excepted the soldiers, who are "covered" 100% in any case
