Ok, my little sister broke 3 bones in her foot, so she is in a cast, the emergency room said she'll need pins so that means surgery for her one leg, and she has no health insurance, has a crappy job, and is a student and 19, we live in Wisconsin! Is there anything that she can get just to help her pay her expenses for this accident?
