Where exactly in the constitution does it say that health insurance is a "Right" to which all Americans are entitled? Also where in the constitution does it mandate that we have to have health insurance at all? In Obama's health care proposal he is demanding that everyone has to have health insurance. Wouldn't Obama be violating the constitution?

It doesn't. But Washington hasn't paid attention to the Constitution for decades. Why would they - when they can buy their votes with the voters own money?
