What's Rush Limbaugh's plan for providing health insurance for 46 million uninsured Americans?

Since he's an intelligent man, I'm sure he realizes that the present health care cost trajectory is unsustainable. But I wonder if he's more concerned about collusion among the private insurance companies, or excessive prices for new pharmaceuticals.

First, your number is exaggerated. Second, it is no one's job to provide insurance for you but you. Third, there are things that could help without making the govt in charge of one more part of our lives. Tort reform, allow insurance to be sold across state lines, allow pools of self insured, allow tax breaks to those who purchase their own coverage, allow a variety of policies including those with high deductibles to cover injury and catastrophic illness, help the poor pay some of their premiums but make them responsible. It is funny to me to hear people talk about how they cannot spend 400 dollars a month to insure their families but they can spend that money on cigarrettes, alcohol, Big Gulps, junk food, movies, high tech cell phones, etc.
