My sister is 23 and was had insurance with kaiser under my mother. Now that she is 23 she was removed and is trying to get back on. She has OCD and has been on prozac. No one will accept her, and she cant afford to buy the prozac anymore, and she cant stop taking it. Any advice or suggestions?

Depending upon the time frame that she has been without coverage she may be eligible for a HIPAA health insurance plan. HIPAA plans are guaranteed issue individual health insurance plans that cannot refuse anyone who meets certain criteria for eligibility and the company must cover all pre-existing conditions.
