Are employers required to provide health insurance to full-time employees?

My employer has over 10 people that work full-time (40+hours) and does not provide any health insurance, or the option to have it. Is this legal?

Currently, it is legal in approximately 49 states. (It might be illegal in Massachusetts.) Most employers (except in Massachusetts) are not required to provide health insurance.
