theres so many health care insurance out there. which once one is a good one ect... blue cross, blue shield....and others.. well the insurance is for a close friend of mine... he has no legal papers...would he be able to buy insurance...???

As long as he has a way to pay (checking acct, etc), and a US address, he will be able to get on MySimpleCard.
