I am past 40 and need health insurance. Where do I call or look for it?

Use yellow pages.com to search for a health insurance broker in your area. Brokers represent more than one carrier and can help you sort through all the different plans and options available to your state. Calling Anthem or any other carrier will get you a one sided presentation from that carrier about their product.
