Why would someone not want to have health insurance?

I would like to see what the problem is with health insurance. Can you find any reason someone would logically turn down health insurance?

Some people would rather pay for " essentials " like $ 100 Nike Sneakers, $ 1900 Car Audio Systems, Tommy Hilfigar Clothes, " Bling ", $ 1500 worth of Tattoos, Weed, etc. rather than wasting their money on " non-essentials " like health insurance premiums.
