Article 20: Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association. No one may be compelled to belong to an association. Doesn't that mean that I can't be compelled to belong to the association of those with health insurance?

Ask the citizens of Germany and Japan what they think of your proposition. Most will laugh, even though the laws of those countries require everyone to subscribe to some health insurance policy or another...
