How do American doctors generally feel about the fact that 47 million people don't have health insurance?

Does it bother doctors? Do they feel bad that they cannot perform a necessary procedure on a patient who is underinsured or uninsured? Are some doctors only in the profession for money? Do doctors have a future plan for treating patients without health insurance? I ask this because we often hear from folks in the government on this issue. But how do doctors themselves feel about this type of stuff?
--------------------
Physicians are fed up with insurance companies practicing medicine. We would LOVE to be able to treat patients appropriately, and charge reasonable fees, but the insurance companies, and the government, have made sure that won't happen. Very few of us are in this for the money. I could make MUCH more doing things that take less time, training, expense and risk, and don't involve blood, vomit and poop. Many of us reduce our fees for those who are less able to pay, but we still carry 100% of the risk of being sued, and still have 100% of OUR costs, which continue to go up while reimbursements stay the same or go down. People in the government are all talk and no trousers, as my British friends would say. We need serious changes, but the insurance companies buy the politicians, so I don't see THAT happening any time soon.
