if a company does not offer health insurance does it still have to post the latest rulings on HIPAA?

Company very small --only 3-4 employees. Paid for a big state/fed poster in July. Now the company wants additional $ to pay for HIPAA Security Notice Poster. We do not offer health insurance. Do we need to get the updated poster. How can I get free copy of 2009 DOL Equal Employment Opportunity Notice? I cannot afford to keep paying for these updated posters--even if it is only $13.00 each. Just do not have the extra $.

go to your state department of labor website, and see what exactly they require. If something IS required, likely you can print it out there, for FREE.
