I want a plan that covers anything and everything. Please tell me what plan it is or post a link to it. Also, how will things be covered under Obama care (the procedures, etc.)?

It is not Obama care. It is the Affordable Car Act or the Patient Protection Act. There are two of them. In 4 years you can buy insurance from an exchange which offers lots of policies and plans. There will be a government subsidy to help you pay for it and a tax credit when you file your return. What is covered will depend on which plan you choose. It is not set up yet. These bills are very comprehensive and complex. I just answered you about the biggest part of the bill.
