Will a health insurance provider pay for the removal of a cyst from my foreskin by circumcision?

If a physician removes the cyst from my foreskin by removing the foreskin alltogether, will insurance cover that?

Since the cyst will affect your health, yes, it should cover the circumcision. You will probably need to pay some fees (co-pay and what not) regardless. You should ask if you can get half circumcised so you can keep some of your foreskin (yes it's possible). But that's only if the cyst is towards the tip.
