That's only part of the problem. Joe six pack is stressed out because Joe the Plumber pays him minimum wage, and he can't afford to pay the bills. Joe the Plumber also doesn't give him enough hours, so not only does he make minimum wage, he can't even work full time. He is pissed that he can only afford cheap beer, and it's so watered down he can't even get a buzz off the six pack, the only thing he gets is gas and a debit of $5 from his bank account. He's also upset that his former favorite beer, Bud, is now owned by a company in Europe, so that's why he doesn't drink it anymore. Joe six pack is worried that Joe the Plumber will lay him off any day since Joe the Plumber wants to keep as much money for himself and wants to minimize his "costs" to pay his employees. Joe the Plumber is a little selfish with his money and cares more about the profit in his pocket than caring for his employees and providing them stability and group health insurance. Joe six pack now is in rehab for alcohol addiction, so when he applies for individual health insurance, he gets declined because he is high risk since he's an alcoholic, obese because of his beer gut, and has liver damage and high blood pressure. So he can't get coverage for himself or his family, and since his isn't HIPAA eligible, he has no access to health insurance.
