If you switch insurance companies in the middle of a pregnancy, is the new policy required to cover pre and post-natal care, and labor & delivery?

If you are switching to a group policy the new policy cannot exclude pregnancy in most cases. If you are trying to switch to an individual policy the new policy will not accept you if pregnant.
