When will we be required to have health insurance?

When will government make us buy insurance?

In the current form, the 2014 target date will never see the light of day. 13 states have filed breifs with SCOTOS already. Some states back east have already passed state initiatives banning its implementation on unconsitutional grounds. This thing is going to get real nasty soon.
