So I am 22 y/o and I live in Florida and the new health care law says I can get on my parents health insurance until I am 26 y/o. Well my mom lives in New York and is on my stepdad's insurance through the City of New York. Can I get on their insurance or not? I am curious and I have tried finding out online, but can't find ANY information on this! Thanks!

Yes, you can get on her policy. However, the policy may not have providers in FL and/or you may not be able to use a NY policy in FL except for emergencies.
