I'm 19 with no health insurance and I just found a lump in my breast. Where can I go to get treatment?

I'm currently in Idaho but I have family in North Carolina and California. My parents do not have insurance so I can't get coverage through them. Is there anywhere in Idaho, California or North Carolina that I can receive treatment? I went to a pay clinic but they can't do x-rays or a biopsy. Please help me.
