How do I prove that I don't have any health insurance?

I need to prove that I don' have any health insurance...how do I do that? (I am a college student) Thanks

Telling them should be enough. What I don't understand,why do you have to prove it? If you are in college, and not working, and your parents are your soul supporter, and they have insurance and you are under twenty five, then you do have insurance. Otherwise you must be working and they think you have insurance from your employer. If that's the case, just have them check with your employer. Good luck
