Poor people cant afford it I can understand there problem. If the government is going to give it to them for free or for very cheap they sure as heck have no reason to not get health insurance. But why would people who can afford it want to profit the insurance industry. Seems like the most useless thing for those who can afford health care. Also about the fine do you really believe they would jail all rich and upper middle class people who hate health insurance companies.
