My boyfriends job does not cover health insurance and he has low income, Is there a company that gives you health insurance for free or cheap with the government?

Health insurance isn't free. If he is healthy and young he can get a major medical policy starting around 70 dollars a month in some areas. If he has a preexisting condition that insurance companies won't accept then 36 states offer some sort of government run major medical policy, possibly with subsidies for the less wealthy depending on your income. Do not get a "defined benefit" or limited benefit health plans if you can avoid it. The major medical insurance policies are worth paying more for. Seriously plans like "cynergy" are the last place you should look.
