i have gone to the er twice now and my bills are in the thousands. I have been working at this warehouse for a good eight months, is there a law that i shuold have health insurance in Oregon?

No. No employer in the USA is required to provide health insurance. They ARE required to cover workers comp, if this is a work related injury.
