I have a vision insurance policy and i also have a health insurance policy that has a vision plan on there two. So i guess my question is can you use both at the same time to cover expenses?

What you need to find out is if the companies "coordinate benefits". Call the company and ask. If they do, then the answer to your question is yes. If they don't, then the answer is no. Hope this helps!
