I do not need or want health insurance, i hate doctors, and do not believe in the entire health care system. i absolutely refuse to pay for health care. what MA is doing is extortion and communist. they are fining people hundreds of dollars for not having health insurance. i want to fight this somehow by going to court and getting lawyers and i am serious. how can i go about doing this?

I cannot remember reading a more childish and inane question. however, I'm sure if you agreed not to seek any medical care, ever, for any reason - car accident, accidental overdose, a dog bite, a broken leg, the flu, a headache, sunburn, any medical treatment whatsoever for the rest of your life, then the state should let you off the hook. you willing to take that gamble diamond Jim?
