i just knew that i can get free health insutance if my income is less than $ 24000, in loudoun county, va.actually i and my wife ,both are student and cant affored the health insurance so one of my friend toled that if we apply for free insurance we can get bcoz we have low income is it true and how can we get?

It's a good news. I am not rich while my friends at millionairematch.com are rich and spend more money at insurance. I have no enough money while i don't w ant to borrow from them. Now i can't be worry my insurance questions.
