Just wondering if you have to have health insurance for a nose job.

No, as a matter of fact most health insurance plans will not perform the surgery unless paid for out of pocket. It is considered an elective (not necessary...cosmetic) surgery. So, no you don't have to have insurance, but you have to have money to pay for the full cost of the surgery unless you can prove that it is a medical problem secondary to recurrent sinus infections, breathing problems and in this case yes you would need insurance for it to be taken care of...no insurance, again then full payment out of pocket.
